Job Duties
- Clean equipment which may include work tables, refrigerators, meat blocks and other equipment
- Clean utensils, pots and pans by washing them by hand or placing them in a dishwashing machine
- Return clean utensils, pots and pans to their proper places
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
- Clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
- Stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- Load and unload supply trucks
- Follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
