Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

- Experience with cleaning and maintaining sanitary standards preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using a dishwashing machine
- Return clean utensils, pots, and pans to their proper places
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- Clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- Stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Load and unload supply trucks
- Follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
