Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or utility role is beneficial
- Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for instructions and policy documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitary standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or dishwasher
- Return clean utensils, pots, and pans to proper places
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- Clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- Stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Load and unload supply trucks
- Follow all company security and safety procedures
