Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely
- Friendly and enthusiastic interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions accurately
- Physical capability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Understanding of sanitation and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Wash utensils, pots, and pans by hand or dishwasher
- Return clean items to proper places
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors with heavy equipment
- Clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- Stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Load and unload supply trucks
- Follow all security and safety procedures assigned by the company
