Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service sanitation or housekeeping is a plus
- ability to understand and follow instructions

- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or dishwasher
- return clean items to proper storage locations
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate, and check product temperature
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures
