Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or cleaning role is an asset
- Ability to interact with coworkers and the public in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to understand instructions and policy documents
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under supervision
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Capability to handle physically demanding tasks safely
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashing machines
- Return cleaned items to proper storage locations
- Remove trash and dispose of garbage in designated areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using appropriate equipment
- Clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of products
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Load and unload supply trucks
- Follow all company security and safety procedures
