- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning or utility experience preferred
- ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and security procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or in dishwashing machine
- return cleaned utensils, pots, and pans to proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
