Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Cleans equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Cleans utensils, pots, and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
- Returns clean utensils, pots, and pans to proper storage locations
- Removes trash and garbage to designated disposal areas
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and buffs floors using heavy-duty equipment
- Cleans walls, windows, and steam cleans trashcans
- Stocks, dates, rotates, and checks temperature of products
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or with hand trucks
- Loads and unloads supply trucks
- Follows all company security and safety procedures
