Job Duties
- Check with early cook for special needs or problems
- AM stocking for breakfast operation readiness
- Set up pot washing area, wash and store items
- Receive stock and properly store, checking with baker and cooks for items to be pulled
- Maintain continuous sanitation of snack bar and dining areas
- Remove all trash and maintain garbage cans
- Properly clean up and restock at end of shift, assist dish room if necessary
- Sweep, mop and clean areas as directed throughout the shift
- Practice personal hygiene, grooming standards, and follow uniform policy
- Perform duties and responsibilities safely
