Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a cleaning or sanitation role preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently

- basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to stand and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other equipment
- clean utensils, pots and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
- return clean utensils, pots and pans to proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
