Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation standards
- prior experience in a similar utility or cleaning role preferred
- good physical condition to perform repetitive tasks involving bending, twisting, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashing machines
- return clean utensils, pots, and pans to proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas using hand or hand truck
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
