Job Requirements

- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in a cleaning or sanitation role preferred
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- physical ability to perform manual tasks
- basic understanding of sanitation standards
Job Duties
- clean equipment including work tables refrigerators and meat blocks
- clean utensils pots and pans by hand or using dishwashing machines
- return clean utensils pots and pans to proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep mop scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls windows and steam clean trashcans
- stock date rotate and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures
