Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning or sanitation roles is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- good communication skills to interact with the public and coworkers
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- positive and friendly attitude toward customers and colleagues
Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots and pans by hand washing or using dishwashing machines
- return clean utensils and equipment to designated locations
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows, and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas using hand trucks
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
