Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots, and pans by hand or machine
- return clean items to proper storage locations
- remove trash to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows, and steam-clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures
