Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist and stand for normal job functions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in restaurant or cleaning services is an advantage
- ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional manner
Job Duties
- Cleans equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- cleans utensils, pots and pans by hand or using a dishwashing machine
- returns clean utensils, pots and pans to proper storage areas
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweeps, mops, scrubs and buffs floors using heavy equipment
- cleans walls, windows and steam cleans trashcans
- stocks, dates, rotates and checks temperature of products
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- loads and unloads supply trucks
- follows all security and safety procedures established by the company
