Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning or sanitation roles advantageous but not required
- ability to interact courteously and effectively with coworkers and the public
- basic literacy skills to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Cleans equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- cleans utensils, pots, and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
- returns clean utensils, pots, and pans to proper places
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweeps, mops, scrubs, and buffs floors using heavy equipment
- cleans walls, windows, and steam cleans trashcans
- stocks, dates, rotates, and checks product temperature
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- loads and unloads supply trucks
- follows all security and safety procedures
