Job Requirements

- frequent immersion of hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

- previous experience in custodial or sanitation roles is an asset

Job Duties
- Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean utensils, pots and pans by hand or using dishwashing machines
- return clean utensils, pots and pans to their designated places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate and check temperature of products
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
