Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to follow directions and work independently
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs

- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Job Duties
- Clean equipment which may include work tables, refrigerators, meat blocks and other equipment
- clean utensils, pots and pans by washing them by hand or using a dishwashing machine
- return clean utensils, pots and pans to their proper places
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
- clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
- stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
