Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in cleaning or sanitation roles is beneficial
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Cleaning equipment including work tables, refrigerators and meat blocks
- cleaning utensils, pots and pans by hand or dishwashing machine
- returning clean utensils, pots and pans to proper places
- removing trash and garbage to designated areas
- sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and buffing floors using heavy equipment
- cleaning walls, windows and steam cleaning trashcans
- stocking, dating, rotating and checking temperature of product
- transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
- loading and unloading supply trucks
- following all security and safety procedures established by the company
