Job Duties
- Promotes sustainability within dining operations including implementation and maintenance of food pulping procedures
- Works with management to ensure continued compliance with green seal initiatives
- Washes mats and walls, mops floors, assists daily in trash removal, and maintenance of the back of house operation
- Ensures the dish machine is properly cleaned throughout the shift
- Properly cleans the cooking utensils and equipment
- Restocks all washed items in appropriate area
- Assists with putting away delivered products according to established guidelines and maintains overall kitchen cleanliness
- Returns items to the proper storage location
- Perform other related duties as assigned
