Job Requirements
- must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and FOH personnel
- must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- ability to follow safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to follow detailed instructions
- experience in a restaurant or similar setting is a plus
- willingness to learn and take direction
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
Job Duties
- work fast and clean at all times - sweeping/squeegeeing, changing 3-bin and trash
- follow directions from the kitchen leadership
- maintain an organized system and improve it continuously
- communicate regularly with the sous chef about their station, chemicals, machinery, and projects
- collaborate with team members and assist wherever needed
- ensure cleanliness and safety in line with health standards
- support overall kitchen operations by managing porter responsibilities efficiently
