Job Duties
- work fast and clean at all times - sweeping/squeegeeing, changing 3-bin and trash
- follow directions from chefs and management
- develop and maintain an organized system for cleaning and supporting kitchen operations
- communicate regularly with chefs about chemicals, machinery, and projects
- have open availability and work collaboratively with the team
- look out for fellow team members
- assist with various kitchen tasks as assigned
