Job Requirements
- Must be able to follow verbal directions and adapt in a busy, team-oriented kitchen
- Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Punctual, reliable, and respectful of the team and workspace

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times
- Follow proper sanitation practices including 3-bin systems and chemical handling
- Regularly sweep, squeegee, take out trash, and assist in deep cleaning tasks
- Communicate with chefs about dish station needs including chemicals, repairs, restocking
- Support the kitchen team with prep or cleaning projects when needed
- Work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
