Job Requirements

  • Must be able to follow verbal directions and adapt in a busy, team-oriented kitchen
  • Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Punctual, reliable, and respectful of the team and workspace

  • Experience in dishwashing or a professional kitchen environment
  • Ability to follow verbal directions and adapt in a busy, team-oriented kitchen

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times
  • Follow proper sanitation practices including 3-bin systems and chemical handling
  • Regularly sweep, squeegee, take out trash, and assist in deep cleaning tasks
  • Communicate with chefs about dish station needs including chemicals, repairs, restocking
  • Support the kitchen team with prep or cleaning projects when needed
  • Work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
