Job Duties
- Greet visitors and route them to the appropriate departments
- answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with professionalism
- manage mail and package delivery logs for internal departments
- maintain front desk security and sign-in procedures
- provide information and support to customers and USPS employees
- assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- organize documents and update administrative records
- ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
