Job Duties

  • Manage mail and package delivery logs for internal departments
  • Maintain front desk security and sign-in procedures
  • Provide information and support to customers and USPS employees
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Organize documents and update administrative records
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
