Job Duties
- Greet visitors and route them to the appropriate departments
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with professionalism
- Manage mail and package delivery logs for internal departments
- Maintain front desk security and sign-in procedures
- Provide information and support to customers and USPS employees
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organize documents and update administrative records
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
