Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and route them to the appropriate departments
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with professionalism
  • manage mail and package delivery logs for internal departments
  • maintain front desk security and sign-in procedures
  • provide information and support to customers and USPS employees
  • assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • organize documents and update administrative records
  • ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
