Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one-year prior experience in customer service position preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to climb stairs in restricted lighting
- ability to move quickly from one area to another in a safe manner
- flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- work hours are casual labor, seasonal and non-guaranteed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one-year prior experience in customer service position preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- ability to stay calm under pressure
- capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs for the duration of a shift
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- ability to handle exposure to adverse weather conditions
Job Duties
- Enthusiastically greet guests and provide event information
- scan guests' tickets as they enter the building
- escort guests to their sections/seats and monitor aisles/steps in assigned section to be kept clear and compliant with fire codes
- enforce facility policies such as no smoking and no re-entry
- proactively approach guests with questions, difficulties, or complaints and creatively resolve their issues up to supervisor intervention level
- identify and respond to emergencies, involving Security or Supervisors as appropriate
- remain calm and direct guests to designated safety areas during emergencies
