Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one-year prior experience in customer service preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- must be able to climb stairs in restricted lighting
- ability to move quickly from one area to another safely
- flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- work hours are casual labor, seasonal and non-guaranteed
Job Qualifications

- ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for duration of shift
Job Duties
- Enthusiastically greet guests and provide event information
- scan guest's tickets as they enter the building
- escort guests to their sections and monitor aisles and steps in assigned section to be kept clear and compliant with fire codes
- enforce facility policies such as no smoking and no re-entry
- proactively approach guests with questions, difficulties, or complaints and creatively resolve issues until supervisor intervention is required
- identify and respond to emergencies, involving Security or Supervisors as appropriate
- remain calm and direct guests to safety areas during emergencies
