Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast paced diverse environment
- Must be able to convey strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
- Must be flexible and able to adjust to situations as they occur
- Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Must be able to stand or walk for hours at a time
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Received high school diploma or GED
- At least six months customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for hours at a time
Job Duties
- Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service
- Answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed
- Assist Event Manager and Usher Supervisors when needed
- Report problems or concerns to appropriate departments
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
