Job Requirements

- 3+ years of related work experience preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with customers, sales reps, and management
- Strong computer skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in database systems
- Professional phone etiquette with experience on a multi-line phone system
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service mindset with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
- Spanish-speaking skills preferred

Job Duties
- Create and upload inspections to CAT and third-party online platforms (CAT, Machinery Trader, Ritchie Bros)
- take high-quality photos of equipment and ensure accurate, up-to-date online listings
- stage, organize, and identify sale-ready units in coordination with other divisions
- communicate with customers seeking information on posted equipment
- create sales reports for managers to track performance and analyze data
- keep sales representatives and supervisors informed of any issues during the sales process
- provide recommendations to improve internal processes while demonstrating outstanding customer service
