Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
- The willingness to follow up with customers
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Ability to use technology effectively

Job Duties
- Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases
- Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and answer customer questions
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet customer expectations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
- Coordinate with the Service department to support customers' vehicle ownership experience
