Job Duties
- Load trays into equipment inspecting each for damage before bagging and transporting to the production area
- Detect and report foreign materials such as metal glass plastic wood bones stones to management immediately
- Identify and escalate process or mechanical issues such as machine downtime to management as needed
- Follow all safety procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment safe operation of machinery and immediate reporting of hazards near misses injuries or accidents
- Actively participate in safety trainings and drills
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents and contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols
- Count trays after completing the Waldrop process and stack completed bags onto pallets for warehouse loading
- Comply with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity including using the Open Door Policy and upholding business practices
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers co-workers and business partners identifying priorities and deadlines communicating progress and adapting to change and feedback
