Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP)
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
- Understanding of Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Job Duties
- Monitor sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP)
- Monitor clean in place (CIP) systems
- Oversee pest control programs
- Assist with internal audits and pathogen swabbing
- Conduct and document sanitation activities
- Maintain sanitation supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with FSQA team to ensure food safety compliance
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines including use of personal protective equipment
- Report hazards, accidents, and near misses immediately
- Participate in safety trainings and drills
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Adhere to company ethics and policies
- Communicate and collaborate with managers and co-workers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop team members
