Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments successfully
- Commitment to adhere to Walmart's policies including drug-free workplace
- Willingness to work varied shifts as required by business needs
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Supervising a team preferred.

- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology in a retail environment

- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and company policies
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Prior experience supervising a team preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods
- Facilitate rotations through fresh food areas and manage member needs
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs
- Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage seasonality of production including new products, recipes, and specifications
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to provide resources and training
- Leverage digital tools for sales planning, production decisions, and associate engagement
- Drive business results through operational excellence and profitable planning
- Maintain neat, clean, and safe work areas with appropriate staffing and compliance standards
- Engage with other departments and vendors to ensure operational continuity
- Identify training needs, teach and develop team skills, and promote career growth
- Implement business processes to meet operational needs and support continuous improvements
- Demonstrate and enforce compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity
- Build strong team relationships, communicate effectively, and foster a culture of belonging
- Act with integrity by modeling company values and accountability
- Deliver customer-focused results with reliable decision-making
- Embrace continuous learning, adaptability and support change management.
