Job Duties
- Supervises the prepared foods team and facilitates rotations among fresh food areas
- communicates department goals and executes company programs
- ensures compliance with quality, sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards
- manages inventory and production based on seasonality and product knowledge
- leverages digital tools for sales planning and operational decisions
- maintains a clean, safe, and well-staffed work environment
- trains and develops associates for skill enhancement and career growth
- coordinates with other departments and third-party partners to ensure smooth operations
- promotes compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- leads and supports team collaboration and adaptation to changes
