Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments
- Facilitate rotations through different fresh food areas
- Manage member needs to deliver on the business plan
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs
- Maintain knowledge of business operations and regulatory standards
- Manage production considering seasonality and new products
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area
- Plan for profitability and appropriate staffing levels
- Produce and display merchandise per layout plans
- Engage with other departments and vendors to ensure operational continuity
- Teach and train team members
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs
- Promote compliance with company policies and ethics
- Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work assignments
- Embrace diversity and create a culture of belonging
- Build strong relationships and communicate to motivate
