- Ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Willingness to work collaboratively and follow company policies

- Capable of ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications

- Supervisory experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations and ensure compliance with quality, inventory, production, sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage seasonality in production and prioritize tasks across areas
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to provide necessary resources and training
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve customer experience, and support associate engagement
- Ensure operational excellence by planning profitability, maintaining cleanliness and safety, staffing appropriately, and complying with audit standards
- Train and develop team members, promote career growth, identify training needs, and source new talent
- Implement and communicate business processes and practices while supporting compliance with company policies
- Build strong team relationships, foster a culture of inclusion and respect, and model Walmart values
- Act with integrity, promote ethics and compliance, and deliver customer-focused results
