Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
  • Facilitate rotations through various fresh food areas
  • Manage member needs to meet business goals
  • Communicate department goals and execute company programs
  • Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Manage production according to seasonality and new product specifications
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure operational continuity
  • Leverage digital tools to plan sales and improve the shopping experience
  • Utilize handheld technology for real-time business decisions
  • Drive operational excellence including cleanliness, staffing, and merchandising
  • Teach and train team members, encouraging career growth
  • Develop and implement processes to meet business needs
