Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
- Facilitate rotations through various fresh food areas
- Manage member needs to meet business goals
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage production according to seasonality and new product specifications
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure operational continuity
- Leverage digital tools to plan sales and improve the shopping experience
- Utilize handheld technology for real-time business decisions
- Drive operational excellence including cleanliness, staffing, and merchandising
- Teach and train team members, encouraging career growth
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs
- Promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
