Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in fresh production or supervising a team
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team and external partners
  • Willingness to uphold company policies and safety guidelines
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and duties simultaneously
  • Food handler certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of prepared foods and café operations
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with business compliance standards and safety regulations
  • Skilled in using digital and handheld technology for business decisions
  • Experience in training and developing team members
  • Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and customer service standards
  • Preferred supervisory experience
  • Food handler certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
  • Facilitate rotations through different fresh areas and manage member needs to meet business goals
  • Maintain knowledge of business operations to ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, safety, and inventory standards
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to provide resources and training
  • Use digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve operations
  • Plan for profitability, maintain clean and safe work areas, and ensure accurate audits
  • Teach and train team members, foster career growth, and source new talent
  • Develop and implement processes to meet business needs
  • Promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • Lead and participate in teams to meet customer needs and business priorities
  • Foster a culture of respect, integrity, and motivation among associates
  • Serve customers by delivering results and making informed decisions
  • Drive continuous improvements and support change management
