Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production or supervising a team
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to work collaboratively with team and external partners
- Willingness to uphold company policies and safety guidelines
- Able to manage multiple priorities and duties simultaneously
- Food handler certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a fresh production department or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of prepared foods and café operations
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with business compliance standards and safety regulations
- Skilled in using digital and handheld technology for business decisions
- Experience in training and developing team members
- Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and customer service standards
- Preferred supervisory experience
- Food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
- Facilitate rotations through different fresh areas and manage member needs to meet business goals
- Maintain knowledge of business operations to ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, safety, and inventory standards
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to provide resources and training
- Use digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve operations
- Plan for profitability, maintain clean and safe work areas, and ensure accurate audits
- Teach and train team members, foster career growth, and source new talent
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs
- Promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- Lead and participate in teams to meet customer needs and business priorities
- Foster a culture of respect, integrity, and motivation among associates
- Serve customers by delivering results and making informed decisions
- Drive continuous improvements and support change management
