Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all job required training and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail food service environment
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise team within prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods by facilitating rotations
  • Manage member needs to deliver on business plan and contribute to club success
  • Maintain knowledge of business operations, production, sanitation, equipment, safety, and compliance
  • Manage seasonality and production specifications by prioritizing tasks
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure effective resource use and training
  • Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates
  • Ensure operational excellence through staffing, cleanliness, compliance, merchandising, and interdepartmental partnerships
  • Train and mentor team members, identify training needs, and source new talent
  • Develop and implement processes to meet business needs and drive continuous improvement
  • Promote company policies, ethics, and integrity, supporting a culture of respect and inclusion
  • Lead and participate in teams by providing support, feedback, and adapting to change
  • Foster a workplace culture that embraces diversity, inclusivity, and teamwork
