- Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team

- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

Job Duties
- Supervise team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations to meet quality, inventory, sanitation, equipment, safety, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training needs are met
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology for production planning, sales driving, and associate engagement
- Drive business results through operational excellence, profitability planning, and maintaining clean safe work areas
- Teach and train team members to deliver high-quality products and encourage career growth
- Develop and implement processes by collaborating with managers and other business partners to meet business needs
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards
- Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, coordinating assignments, and modeling adaptability
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, integrity, and customer focus
