Job Description

The Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead at Sam's Club plays a critical role in driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience within the prepared foods departments. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs

  • Manages production schedules and collaborates with associates and third parties
  • Utilizes digital tools to plan sales and improve operations
  • Drives business results by ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a safe work environment
