Job Duties
- Be a team leader supervising the team within all prepared foods departments facilitating rotations and managing member needs to deliver the business plan
- Be an expert maintaining knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring standards for quality inventory production sanitation safety and compliance
- Manage seasonality in production understanding new products recipes and prioritizing tasks
- Collaborate with associates and third parties ensuring the team has necessary resources and training
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales improve shopping experience and elevate associate engagement
- Drive business results ensuring operational excellence profitability staffing compliance and merchandise presentation
- Teach and train the team identifying skills needs encouraging career growth and sourcing new talent
