Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie by facilitating rotations and managing member needs
  • maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations including floor and backroom to ensure quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance standards
  • manage seasonality by understanding new products, recipes, processes, and production specifications while prioritizing time between areas
  • collaborate with associates and third parties for resource availability, knowledge sharing, and team training
  • leverage digital tools and hand held technology to plan sales, improve shopping experience, and make immediate business decisions
  • drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, including planning for profitability, maintaining a clean and safe work area, staffing appropriately, and producing merchandise according to layouts
  • teach, train, and develop the team by identifying needs, encouraging career growth, sourcing talent, and implementing processes to meet business objectives
