Job Requirements

  • 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
  • Successful completion of job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervises team within all prepared foods departments including cafe and rotisserie
  • Facilitates rotations through different fresh areas
  • Manages member needs to deliver on business plan
  • Communicates department goals
  • Executes company programs and policies
  • Maintains knowledge of floor and backroom operations
  • Ensures compliance with quality, inventory, production, sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Manages seasonality and product knowledge
  • Collaborates with associates and third parties to provide resources and training
  • Uses digital tools to plan sales and improve shopping and associate engagement
  • Utilizes hand-held technology for immediate business decisions
  • Drives business results and operational excellence
  • Maintains clean and safe work areas
