Job Duties
- Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs to deliver on business plans
- Communicates department goals and executes company programs adhering to policies
- Maintains knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring compliance with quality, inventory, production, sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manages seasonality in production and prioritizes tasks across different areas
- Collaborates with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training are provided
- Uses digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experiences, and engage associates
- Drives business results by ensuring operational excellence, staffing, compliance, merchandise presentation, and engaging with other departments and partners
- Teaches and trains team members, fosters career growth, and sources new talent
- Develops and implements business practices and processes with team and management collaboration
- Promotes compliance with company policies and ethics, addresses issues and supports management
- Leads team initiatives by sharing resources, coordinating assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability
