Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work collaboratively and promote a respectful and inclusive work environment
  • Willingness to adhere to company safety, ethical, and operational policies

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in fresh production department or supervising a team
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food production, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to use digital sales and management tools
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
  • Commitment to company policies and ethical standards
  • Preferred food handler certification
  • Prior experience leading and motivating a team

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
  • Facilitate rotations through different fresh areas and manage member needs
  • Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations to meet quality and safety standards
  • Manage production, inventory, sanitation, equipment usage, and compliance
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training
  • Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping and associate engagement
  • Drive business results by planning for profitability and ensuring operational excellence
  • Teach and train team members, identify skills needed, and encourage career growth
  • Develop and implement processes by collaborating with management and coworkers
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity
  • Lead and participate in teams to achieve work quality and meet business priorities
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive workplace culture and build strong team relationships
  • Model integrity by acting honestly, fairly, and transparently
  • Deliver results while putting customers and members first
