Job Duties
- Supervise the team within prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
- Facilitate rotations through different fresh areas and manage member needs
- Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations to meet quality and safety standards
- Manage production, inventory, sanitation, equipment usage, and compliance
- Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping and associate engagement
- Drive business results by planning for profitability and ensuring operational excellence
- Teach and train team members, identify skills needed, and encourage career growth
- Develop and implement processes by collaborating with management and coworkers
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity
- Lead and participate in teams to achieve work quality and meet business priorities
- Foster a respectful, inclusive workplace culture and build strong team relationships
- Model integrity by acting honestly, fairly, and transparently
- Deliver results while putting customers and members first
