Job Duties

  • Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing members' needs to deliver business plan goals
  • Communicates department goals, executes company programs, and adheres to policies while advocating for members, associates, and the company
  • Maintains knowledge of business and backroom operations ensuring quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance standards
  • Collaborates with associates and third parties, providing resources, training, and sharing knowledge
  • Leverages digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve member experience, and manage production and product quality
  • Drives business results by ensuring operational excellence, appropriate staffing, compliance, merchandise presentation, and engagement with third parties
  • Teaches and trains team members, identifies training needs, promotes career growth, and sources new talent
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis
  • Demonstrates compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity, guides associates, and assists management with correcting issues
  • Leads and participates in teams by coordinating assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability to change
