Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Capability to handle physical demands of the prepared foods environment
  • Food Handler Certification preferred
  • Flexible availability to meet operational needs

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in fresh production or supervising a team
  • Ability to complete required trainings and assessments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
  • Ability to use technology for business operations

Job Duties

  • Supervise team members in all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
  • Facilitate rotations through various fresh food areas to meet business goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Manage inventory, production schedules, and seasonal products
  • Collaborate with associates, vendors, and other departments to maintain operational continuity
  • Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to make informed production and quality decisions
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver high-quality products and service
  • Engage with members to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Drive sales growth and operational excellence while meeting department goals
  • Foster a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
  • Recruit and source talent to build a motivated team
  • Promote and enforce ethical behavior and compliance with company standards
