Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods
- facilitate rotations through different fresh areas to meet member needs
- model expertise in prepared foods and café operations
- communicate departmental goals and execute company programs
- ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- manage production schedules and seasonal product changes
- collaborate with associates and third parties to provide resources and training
- utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and make business decisions
- maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment
- plan for profitability and operational excellence
- ensure appropriate staffing levels and accurate audit compliance
- produce and display merchandise according to layout plans
- engage with other departments and external vendors to ensure operational continuity
- identify training needs and develop team skills
