Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period
  • ability to comply with drug-free workplace policy

  • proficiency with digital tools and technology used in retail food service

  • ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • commitment to upholding company policies and ethical standards
  • preferred supervisory experience
  • preferred Food Handler Certification in Food Safety

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods
  • facilitate rotations through different fresh areas to meet member needs
  • model expertise in prepared foods and café operations
  • communicate departmental goals and execute company programs
  • ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
  • manage production schedules and seasonal product changes
  • collaborate with associates and third parties to provide resources and training
  • utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and make business decisions
  • maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment
  • plan for profitability and operational excellence
  • ensure appropriate staffing levels and accurate audit compliance
  • produce and display merchandise according to layout plans
  • engage with other departments and external vendors to ensure operational continuity
